More Moonshots - Nikon P900 & Canon 600D

I've been havin a lot of fun imaging the Moon over the last week or so since I purchased the P900. Learning how to use this camera was really easy. Below are some images the week leading up, to and the morning of the Lunar Eclipse.

The Moon and Mars at 4am Looking West towards the Hawkesbury River from Bouddi National Park. Check out the light pollution from western Sydney! (Canon 600d Image)

Setup by 3am, there was a bit of high cloud at first then it cleared again, but by 4.30am the cloud had almost covered the sky. The wind was around 5 knots from the West making it chilly but that’s life... We had perfectly clear sky for the whole week leading up to the eclipse, thanks a lot God..

Disappointing but you have to be in it to win it... It clouded over during the lunar eclipse and this is probably the best shot during a brief break in the clouds.. Taken moments before the full eclipse at 5.30am AEST.
